Advanced C++ for VEX Robotics
This is a course in C++ code for robotics competition. The objective is to create a competitive autonomous and driver code for competition.
C++ Competition Code
Although this is an advanced course students can begin with little or no knowledge of C++. Expect to move quickly from basic concepts to advanced structures with functions, tasks, threads and mathematical control algorithms.
About This Course
Irvine 2022 - 2023 VEX Competition Season
Register MEMBERSHIP at https://www.rollingrobots.net/. The course size will be limited to 8 students. The sessions will be lead by Dr. K.
This course will be offered starting November 10 at our location 800 Roosevelt Ave. This is an ongoing course from November through the entire vex regular season and post season. Due to Holidays we plan to meet 3 times per month. Initial Schedule is November 17, December 1, 8,15, 22, January 12, 19, 26, February 2, 9,16, March 2,9,16 April 6, 13, 20. Schedule may have some flexibility to accommodate individual schedule needs.
Students will bring their own laptop and optionally their own robots. This advanced main objective of this course will be directed at developing a competitive autonomous program to score high in the programming skills challenge.
